It’s now a contractual requirement for all patients registered with the practice to have a ‘Named Accountable GP’. The named GP has overall responsibility for their care and support.
All patients are allocated a named GP who will have overall responsibility for the care and support that our surgery provides to you.
Surnames beginning A to M: Dr Nadeem
Surnames beginning N to Z: Dr Akhtar
Your GP will work with you and other relevant health and care professionals, who are involved in your care, to ensure that your care package meets your individual needs.
If you have a preference for a particular GP we can change your named GP, but please note that you can see any GP, you’re not restricted to seeing your named GP, although we do encourage you to see the same doctor for the same problem.
